Shipment

We charge standard shipping costs for the country we ship to. We deliver all over Europe. The orders are shipped bij DPD. Normally, the delivery time is 1-3 working days. Do you order before 12 am on a working day? Then we ship the order the same day. Do you order on the weekend? Then the order will be shipped the next working day. This is only possible when the product is in stock. We indicate whether this is the case with the product. If it’s not in stock, then we will state a delivery time.

Payment

Click on the “cart” at the top left to go to the shopping cart. Check the order and click on “proceed to checkout” at the bottom. Enter all invoice information and when necessary, a different shipping address. It’s also possible to leave a note about the order.

At the bottom you will find the option “iDeal”. Click on the option, select a bank and click on “place order”. You automatically enter a payment screen. You will receive a confirmation of the order by email after completing the payment.

Complaints + Return

Do you have a complaint? Contact sales@maskmatters.nl within 14 days of receipt.

Are you definitely not satisfied with the product? We find that very unfortunate. Of course there is the option to return the product. Always do this within 14 days. Please note: for hygiene reasons, we can only do this when the product has not been used. Once you have worn the product, we can no longer take it back. Once the disposable face masks have been opened and you have touched them, you can’t return this product. Are you in doubt?
